How to access the audits screen to view information about your project?

In this article, you will learn about the audits screen, where you will be able to audit and view changes applied to the project´s settings.
By clicking on Menu>Change History, you will access the change history screen, where you can modify and view information about your project regarding:
- Agents
- Conversation types
- Queues
- Platform access
- WhatsApp Templates
Thus, you will be able to see the modifications made to an agent's profile (role, alias, filters) and those related to the queue configurations and conversation types.
You can filter the search according to the following criteria:
- Time period: (current day, last month, etc.).
- Section: (queues, agents, conversation types)
- Type of action: (created, modified, updated)
- The user who modified it: (the user is an email “name@example.com”)
- Modified identifier: (you can search by agent's email or part of the name and access the details of that modification)
- Modifying role: (super admin, configurator, operator, custom role)
By clicking on View Details, you will be able to access the details of the modification/s made according to the event you wish to check.
The details screen will display the following references:
- Blue : indicates new or changed data
- Strikethrough : indicates previous data that was changed
- No color : indicates that there were no changes
Below you can see an example where we created a record with new data and with data that was modified.
a) With new data
b) With previous data that were modified (strikethrough) and with data that were not modified (uncolored)
Finally, by clicking on Download, you will be able to access the detail of all the changes made (in. TSV format).
Using the change history, you will be able to keep track of the modifications made, thus having greater control of your project.
