How to ensure secure access to the Botmaker platform?
In this article, you will learn how to require a user to change their account password to control access to the platform and maintain its security.

What does the feature consist of?
In Menu>Agents, (https://go.botmaker.com/#/users), you can request a forced password change for agents whose login method is email and whose role hierarchy is below the current user , by clicking on the request password change button.
You will see a dialog box informing you that the agent will be disconnected from all their devices and will need to create a new password:
By clicking on Confirm , the agent will have to enter their login email and after clicking Next , they will have to type their current password , as shown in the following image:
Next, the user will see a form to enter a new password and will be able to log back into the platform once this step is completed.
These safety procedures will help you to operate on the platform safely, adopting control measures if necessary.
