Second-factor authentication (2FA), is a feature present in most platforms and its main function is to verify that it is really you who wants to login into the service, thus avoiding illegitimate access and the consequent exposure of personal information.

How to set up 2FA on the Botmaker platform?

By going to Configuration>Security, you will be able to activate this functionality, which sends a code every time you log into the platform by entering your email and password. The code is sent to the previously configured email and only works for the "mail" option, not being this option valid for Gmail, Facebook or Microsoft accounts).

If you do not receive the code, you can request a resend from the same screen.

Once you have received the code, you must enter it in the check box and then press Submit , as shown on the screen below.

You are all set! You can now access the Botmaker platform and enjoy all its advantages to automate sales and customer service processes.
