What is the contact agenda on the Botmaker platform?

The platform has a new feature that allows users to view and manage contacts easily. This way, you can create contacts from conversations that enter the platform, from an XLS file, and even merge duplicate contacts.

What is the contact agenda feature about?

With the contact agenda, you can use the contact list to initiate individual conversations with each of them, either to continue an ongoing chat or to start an initial conversation with template sending in the case of WhatsApp. Additionally, it allows you to view and manage the data of each contact, as well as see all the contacts belonging to a particular company.

The contact agenda will allow you greater control over your contacts, thus improving your platform experience.

How do you access the contact agenda?

By accessing Menu>Contacts (https://go.botmaker.com/#/contacts), you can access the contact agenda to manage (edit, remove, or add contacts) and contact them through the different channels configured in your project, such as WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, etc.

By clicking on Contacts , you will access the screen from where you can manage and add new contacts using the +New button.

You will see a new screen where you can search for existing contacts by typing the name or part of the name in the search bar, as well as entering the required data to create the new contact.

For the fields of email, phone, and website, you can assign identifying labels for each segment of users. It is also possible to add additional labels by clicking on + next to the main label. Finally, click on Create to add the new contact.

Manage your contacts easily and quickly with options to create contacts from different sources and the ability to view and manage the data of each contact (for example, edit or delete). The feature allows you to improve your user experience and have greater control over the conversations. Take your support service to another level by offering a quality conversational experience.
