With the Botmaker mobile app, you can manage your conversation in a practical and agile way no matter where you are. Check out how this amazing app works!

The first step is to download our official app from Play Store (if you use Android) or Apple Store (if you use IOS) and it is important that you provide all the requested permissions:

On the home screen, you will be able to choose the login method, as shown in the following options:

Get to know the features

When you log in, you will see the list of conversations set up for your profile. By clicking on them, you will be able to interact with individual users.

When you click on the 3 dots, you will see a list of options that you can use during the call.

WhatsApp Template : Through this tab, you can trigger templates for WhatsApp users. For more information, read our article: How to create and send a WhatsApp template optimizing response times?

Filters : Allow you to view specific conversations and optimize searches.

Settings: Allow you to change the platform status and application preferences.

Chats

When accessing a chat, you will find the main features of the platform, such as buttons to send audio, files, and images that will facilitate customer service.

In addition, by clicking on the 3 upper points of the chat, you will be able to access the queue exchange, agent, and set up functions for manual assistance:
