Bot Designer: chatbots in collaborative mode

Bot Designer allows you to easily design collaborative chatbots and add notes to conversation blocks to include comments or other annotations that are useful to the design team. In this article, you will discover how to use these additional tools to manage your bots more efficiently.

Adding notes to blocks

You can add notes within the blocks you create by clicking on the notes icon, as shown in the screenshot below.

You will see an additional box to enter comments relevant to your collaborators.

This is an internal tool for designers/collaborators to have a conversation about the block and keep track of changes made.
