How to test your bot?

When you create a new intent or save a change in an existing rule, this change will not be applied to your bot’s public environment, but will be applied to the testing enviroment.
You can test these changes before making them public in several ways:
Chat on the platform: To test your bot and the changes that have not been published in the platform yet, click on the “test your bot” option in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.
Test users: It is also possible to mark a user as a tester. To do this, enter a conversation in the chat window and click on “⋮” (chat options). You can mark the user in that conversation as a tester with the “mark as tester” option.
The tester user will be marked with TESTER icon:
Publishing changes
To publish a change, simply click on the “publish” button.
The list of changes will open. Just select the changes you want to publish and click on “publish”:
