What´s the feature about?
Botmaker for Mercado Libre Classifieds is a feature that consists of receiving questions from potential buyers of items such as vehicles, real estate, and services in Mercado Libre.
To use this feature, you need to have the Mercado Libre channel integrated into the Botmaker platform (https://go.botmaker.com/#/integrations/channels). You can find detailed instructions on how to integrate Mercado Libre in the article “How to integrate Mercado Libre?”.
After the integration with Mercado Libre , you can start receiving questions from prospects through the Webchat channel (https://go.botmaker.com/#/integrations/channels/webchat).
Note: Remember that using Botmaker for Mercado Libre VIS requires integrating both the Mercado Libre and Webchat channels. You can learn how to integrate and customize the Webchat channel in the article "How to integrate and customize the Webchat channel?".
If both channels are integrated correctly into the Botmaker platform, you will see that a webchat will open for each Mercado Libre user who asks a question about a classified item.
The question can be answered either automatically by the bot or by a live chat agent. In the chat, you can view the user’s information (name, last name, email, phone number, and nickname) as well as the details of the related product. Both the questions and the responses from the bot or the agent are displayed in the Chats section of the platform**(Menu>Chats)****.**
