How to access notification reports by status for all logins?
This article will provide you with information on how to access notification reports by status for all logins (WhatsApp templates, pushes, referred webchats, and referred ad campaigns)
Estimated reading time: 05 minutes
When accessing the notifications report, you will be able to view a differentiated graph according to the notifications' status: not sent, sent, read, delivered, and answered.
From the menu, go to Dashboards (menu>;dashboards). Once there, go to Conversation Metrics. Select the period you want to check to access the graph with the information.

Some considerations regarding notifications:
- Not sent : (failed): these are notifications that were not sent because the contact number was incorrect or because the template had errors in its parameters. You can read about the different errors in this article: Errors and status messages.
- Sent : the server received the message sent by your company.
- Read: these are the notifications that were read because the users activated the read receipt.
For more information about notifications, you can access the following related documentation: Message Status Notifications.
Note : if you receive an error message from the platform, such as “contact not found”, it is possible that the user does not have a WhatsApp number, or the number is not registered correctly.
Pushes

In this case, the status of notifications is under the same terms explained above for WhatsApp templates.
Referred webchats
Regarding the referred webchat logins, the report will show those conversations started by the user and those started by referred advertisements. Additionally, you will be able to filter webchat logins according to the webchats and referrer names you have specified.
To make your webchat show referred ads, you must add to the URL where the webchat is shown the following attribute bm_ref=REFERRAL. For example www.miweb.com?bm_ref=test_referral.
You can also use UTM parameters to attribute the chats to your marketing campaigns.

Referred ad campaigns
The reports on referral campaign logins show user-initiated and referral-initiated conversations of specific campaigns through the different contact channels (Ads on FB Messenger, click to FB Messenger or click to WhatsApp). Additionally, you can filter the search by specific ads and by new/recurring users.

Finally, remember that you can download reports for all sessions triggered by WhatsApp templates, pushes, referred webchats and referred campaigns according to the filters you specify.
