How to create an intent?

To create an intent, you need to go to Menu> Intents > New topic> New intent
Then, you will see the following screen:
To start setting the intent, you need to follow the structure below:
- Set a name for the intent
- Define the triggers for this intent (this is the only definition, but it is not mandatory)
- Set the response you consider as the most appropriate for that intent.
