How to create a carousel response?
On this page, you will learn how to create responses in your bot’s intents using carousels.

By pressing the + Carousel button, you will be able to add images, with the additional possibility of including a name and a description for images, along with buttons.
This function will be viewed in the chat with horizontal scrolling, and you can add up to 10 options. The following video shows how to properly create a carousel response.

It is important to note that this function is only available on Facebook Messenger and Webchat.

- Image: JPG format with an aspect ratio of 1.91:1. Recommended size: 1200x628px.
- Title: text in UTF-8 format with a limit of 80 characters.
- Subtitle: text in UTF-8 format with a limit of 80 characters.
- Buttons: text in UTF-8 format with a limit of 20 characters.
