How to create a text response?

You can add multiple answers in text format to separate your sentence into several different messages.
For example, if the answer you want to send to your client is: "Thank you very much for contacting us! We are happy to serve you.”
You can:
- Send it in a single message:
NOTE: you can make a line break using the “ctrl” and “enter” keys
- • Send it separately following these steps: Click on + Text and add “Thank you!” Click again on + Text and add “We are happy to assist you”:

Emojis:
To add an emoji, click on the emoji button available on the text boxes, you can also use the emoji keyboard of your device.
Here’s an example:
Attention: to close this menu, you must click on the emoji button again.
Specifications:
- Facebook Messenger and WebChat: UTF-8 format, limited to 640 characters per textbox. If the text exceeds the limit, it will be separated into several messages.
- Telegram: UTF-8 format, limited to 4096 characters.
- Twitter: UTF-8 format with an unknown limit.
- Mercado Libre: UTF-8 format limited to 2000 characters.
- Actions: UTF-8 format with a limit of 640 characters.
