How to create a response with media?

On this page, you will learn how to create answers on the bot’s intents using the “Media” option.

By pressing the + Media button, you can add any file to a chat. Such as images, videos, audios, among others.

TIP: When uploading an image, you can adjust the image content as you see fit.

File sizes and formats must follow the guidelines that apply to each channel. For more details, consult technical restrictions on responses.

NOTE: WhatsApp does not currently allow sending stickers.

Specifications

Video

  • WhatsApp: MP4 format, not exceeding 16mb.
  • Facebook Messenger and WebChat: MP4 format, preferably not larger than 5mb.
  • Telegram: MP4 format, not exceeding 20mb.
  • Twitter: Detailed specifications here.
  • Mercado Libre: Not suported.
  • Google Actions: Not suported.

Audio:

  • Facebook Messenger and WebChat: MP3 format, preferably not exceeding 5mb.
  • Telegram: MP3 format not exceeding 20mb.
  • Twitter: Not supported.
  • Mercado Libre: Not supported.
  • Google actions: Supports Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML).

MP3 y OGG formats, with 24k samples per second. Size no bigger than 5mb and less than 120 seconds long.

###Images

  • Facebook Messenger and WebChat: JPG, GIF (<75 frames), and PNG format (recommended). The size must respect the 1.91:1 aspect ratio (example: 1200x628px).
  • Telegram: JPG, GIF (<75 frames) y PNG (recommended). The maximum size is 5mb.
  • Twitter: JPG, GIF (<350 frames), WEBP y PNG formats (recommended). The maximum size is 5mb for images and 15mb for GIF.
  • Mercado Libre: Not supported.
  • Google actions: JPG, GIF y PNG formats of size 128x232dp.

Note: you can send photos and/or videos in your WhatsApp notifications.
