How to create a phone number?
Here you will learn how Botmaker creates WhatsApp numbers.

Botmaker can create phone numbers (with a location’s DDD) destined for use when creating an account.
If you want to send us your own phone number, please keep in mind that:
- Facebook doesn’t allow us to continue with the process if there’s already a WhatsApp account created with that number. If so, the existing account must first be deleted. Find out how to remove that account in “How to exclude an existing WhatsApp account?”.
- Accounts can also be created with mobile phone (registered) and landline numbers, 0800 numbers are also supported.
- The number will receive a call/SMS from WhatsApp to validate it. The code must be then sent to Botmaker.
Attention: The above data (name, business ID, and phone number) cannot be changed once the account has been created.
In general, one number is sufficient. However, you can use multiple numbers should you want to distinguish between different languages, environments or countries, for example.
