How to close a conversation?
Here you will learn how to end a conversation that was finished by an operator, as well as how to archive it

After the operator has finished their conversation, the conversation can be closed and archived.
You can do this through an intent that is readily available on the platform “Intent: close conversation”
Here you will see how to do so, step by step:
Step 1: Choose the icon that will allow the Intent to be available to your operators, as shown in the image below
Step 2: Put inside the response the actions that you want to be executed. In this case, the conversation will close itself with the actions conversation closed and archive.

Conversation closed: will assign the conversation from the operator to the bot once again.

Archive: you will no longer view the conversation in the chats section, to find it later you must search through the archived messages. Should the client resume with the conversation, it will automatically appear again the chats window once again.
And done! You only have to click on save and then publish
Now the operator will be able to use the intent that closes conversations from within the close conversation icon.
Note: Remember that this intent can be edited according to your necessities. Additionally, the process will be implemented on top of your flow, so you will be able to add more actions on top of that. For example, you can send your client a quiz asking for review of the quality of your service
