How to integrate Messenger?

Access the menu
To understand how you can add a Facebook Messenger channel into the platform, follow the tutorial below:
- Step 1: First go to the “Channels” menu (Menu> Settings> Channels)
- Step 2: To integrate Facebook Messenger, click on the “grant Facebook permissions for bot” button.
- Step 3: Once you’ve granted permission, look at the “Choose a Facebook page” section, where the fanpages available to connect to Botmaker will appear.
- Step 4: After selecting a fanpage, click on “save”.
Done! Your Facebook fanpage is now connected with the Botmaker platform!
Facebook Token
The Facebook Token is valid for 60 days since it is generated. Once this time window has passed, it must be renewed following the same steps previously detailed above.
